"Not only was she a girl, she was horrible"
    -Gary Barnett.

The one constant through all the years, Ray, has been baseball. America has rolled by like an army of steamrollers. It has been erased like a blackboard, rebuilt and erased again. But baseball has marked the time. This field, this game: it's a part of our past, Ray. It reminds of us of all that once was good and it could be again. Oh... people will come Ray. People will most definitely come.

    Re: Female Place Kicker

a good friend of mine's daughter had a Div-3 full ride scholly as a place kicker in Illinois. She was also the place kicker for her high school football team that won state. I believe she had a 40+ yarder in high school, and she hit 60s in practice.

A little off track, but she also got offered Div 1 schollys offers for soccer, and a div 2 scholly for volleyball and basketball.

She played div 2 football 2 years, and finished with div 2 basketball after transferring.

Which would be quite the feat since considering D3 is non scholarship sports.

My brother in law was being recruited for track by D3 schools. They don't offer sports scholarships, but they will offer academic scholarships if they want you bad enough.

Denver, IA had a girl doing their place kicking a few years back.
