I agree, if he needs it, sit him. I think you are going to get nothing but all out effort from both Rabbit and Woody.

I think S Johnson is 2 times the running back Woody is. Just my opinion.

Nobody but HB knows for sure. You pretty much know nothing....like Knownothing would like to say.

Both Johnson and Woody should get more snaps then Robinson.

Re: Williams Blog: Flip a coin at running back

Running back is the one position I have zero concern about on this team. We have both talent and depth that is competitive with any other program. Wish I could say that about any other position though. We have other playmakers, but nowhere else do we have multiple guys that can step in and make a difference.

Chris- My sentiments exactly. I love Arob but I also love what those two freshman bring if Arob isn't 100%.

I wouldn't mind keeping ARob out for Texas to completely heal up and then turn him loose against Kansas for some big yards. I know A-Rob wants to play but we need him healthy for the last 1/3 of our schedule.

Nothing new said here that hasn't been said before. Because I value what each can do differently, I'll add that they are two types of backs with different purposes... they're complimentary and multi-dimensional as a team, rather than a 1 vs the other. Each has a benefit if the O-line can hold a block, otherwise it will be bad with either.

I wish they were all healthy and just rotate on a 40/40/20 basis...successful teams rotate the depth and its keeps the defence on their toes plus our RB's fresh.

Re: Williams Blog: Flip a coin at running back

If last year is any indication, the staff wont sit A-Rob in order to have him even healthier for a future, more winnable game. They will play him if he is able to play, whether he is 100% or not. I remember having a similar debate as this last year, and the result was A-Rob played.

I think White can be a playmaker if given the opportunity.
If ARob is not 90%, let the young guys do the job.
