Do you feel bad when you miss a home game?

I know when I missed the UNI game, I felt horrible the whole day that I couldn't be there to root on the Clones. With the current attendance numbers does it bother you when you can't be there to support the Rhoads and team? With the attendance numbers the first 4 home games, I will do whatever possible to support the Clones the last three home games.

Re: Do you feel bad when you miss a home game?

I wasn't able to justify season tickets this year, and have only been to one game (home/season opener.) I honestly wish I could have found the money to be at JTS week in and week out.

If the Cyclones make to 5 wins and have a home game to become bowl eligible, I will find every which way to be there.

Haven't missed a game since the start of the 2005 season. Had only been to a few ISU games prior to that. Have had season tickets ever since and plan to keep renewing for now, the Cy's Pack tickets are pretty cheap, overall.

Re: Do you feel bad when you miss a home game?

It burns me every week that I can't go. I'm 950 miles from Ames and flying back isn't currently in the budget. I did however make it to the game against A&M last year since it was in town. Loved to see the guys play in person even with the result being a L.

If we become bowl eligible and it's in the state of Texas I'm there no question.

I go to 2-3 ISU football games a year. The games I miss, I don't feel bad at all.

Re: Do you feel bad when you miss a home game?

It really bothers me when I can't make it. That's why I have only missed 1 home game since 2005. Love the tailgating, the food, the game.

Wish more people got into that stuff.. Especially the game.

Re: Do you feel bad when you miss a home game?

Tragically, I'm too far away to get there for every home game, but I do try to hit away games in my vicinity. Maybe one day, when I'm rich, I can afford to fly back and sit in a luxury box. Either that or I'll get a job back in Iowa.

Re: Do you feel bad when you miss a home game?

I hate to miss games, but all the games I've missed since being a student were for very important events, so I always felt like a I made the right decision. As I get older, I feel more like I'm letting the team/school down when I miss a game. Like I'm not doing my part.

In the past, it was more like I was bummed because I was missing a good time.

In 1984, I was hospitalized for approaching perfection.

Re: Do you feel bad when you miss a home game?

I don't feel bad necessarily, but I feel kinda bummed if I miss a home game, I've only missed two in the last 5 years for good reasons, but I think I'd a little depressed not being able to go.

That said I would have felt fine if I would have missed the utah game. Late tailgating start and ****** game accounted for me actually wishing I would have skipped that one.

No reason to feel bad if you can't make it....but I sure do enjoy the heck out of going to those games.
