Ah, the internet era. This kid posts on Facebook:

Troy Stoudermire is no longer a gopher (and) ready to take my talent to a top d-1 school where I will be appreciated and respected as a player!

If the link isn't working for anyone else, you should know that he was suspended for "conduct detrimental to the team" on Wednesday.

He forgot to specify whether the top D-1 program about to be blessed with his talents was FCS or FBS...

That kid tore us up at the bowl game. He's going to land somewhere good. Brewster is as good as gone. Not because of this one player, but because they haven't improved as a program since Brewster got there. With the huge BTN money, they are going to get someone good. New stadium, good recruiting base. Seems like the Gophs always screw it up, though. If I were them, I'd look at another Big 12 retread in Leach. Or Mangino.

Does that mean we're not on his short list?

I don't know if Leach's offense would work up nort der but they should be able to afford a good replacement for that fraud.

Maybe Hoiberg will get him for CPR.

He is welcome in Ames. He is from Dallas, so would get to play away games in his home state. He is a good receiver and a very good kick returner. I think the clones lit him up on one return after a TD in teh bowl.

What was the conduct that got him suspended? Is he a problem child?

Sorry, whenever I hear a disgruntled player talk about respect and not being appreciated, red flags go up for me...like maybe he doesn't follow authority too well?
