    Try it, it hurts like h3ll. I can go about 20 yards before collapsing. It is a great all over body exercise. Looks easy, but is deceivingly hard.

    I think Tuba only has 315 on there, but he's doing it with a lot more ease than I ever did.
    That "form run" they are doing is what we referred to as the "spider man" in college, minus the rock back that they do. When done correctly and bringing the leg through high and outside, one gets a very good hip stretch and increases the flexibility there. It also get the blood pumping. Something similar for the hamstrings is the "caterpillar" where, on all 4's, you walk your feet up to your hands, straight-legged, and then walk your hands out to a push-up position and repeat. 10 yards of that can seem like an eternity.


    Exaggeration is a BILLION times worse than understating.
