    Iowa bball and gambling

Did I hear on Marty and Miller correctly? Are the Feds doing some investigating into wagers made in some early season games from the 2006-2007 season?

Yeah, I would believe almost any media source before I would believe Marty.

In other words, Marty was convinced entirely we were hiring Novell, but he'd rather not look like a complete moron if it didn't happen, so he claimed he had the insider info from his dentist. I'm sure his dentist knew absolutely nothing.

In all fairness, there were a lot of names being thrown out by a lot of people during our coaching search.

In all fairness, Marty is still an imbecile regardless of the volume of names.

    True and Valiant

I also remember a game with Kansas when Cy (wore a huge suit then) went out to center field, squatted, and "pooped" a couple of chickens that had been dyed blue then chased them around.

I find Marty to be pretty entertaining which, foremost, is his job. I wouldn't look to him for inside info.
