I broke my wrist back in high school playing football. Took the doctor 3 times to pop it back in place and then I had to have surgery to put fish hook looking pins in my wrist. I was out 6 months after that and it took me a while before I could lift any heavy weights with it. I can do push ups and lift weights now but it freezes up on me from time to time
One time i slipped on some ice and sprained my wrist. It hurt pretty bad for a couple days but I did eventually recover and luckily am now 100%. I just thought i'd let you all know about my wrist injury too.
