    Miguel Tejada

Anyone see him get hit in the wrist? Broke it instantly. Poor guy had over 1000 straight games too.

Broke my wrist a few years ago playing hockey. If his is as bad as mine, he will never be the same. I still cannot do pushups on it.

    Re: Miguel Tejada

I broke my wrist back in high school playing football. Took the doctor 3 times to pop it back in place and then I had to have surgery to put fish hook looking pins in my wrist. I was out 6 months after that and it took me a while before I could lift any heavy weights with it. I can do push ups and lift weights now but it freezes up on me from time to time

    Re: Miguel Tejada

it was a non-displaced fracture, so it shouldn't be that bad.

I've hyperextended my wrist and I can't lift weights like I used to.

    Re: Miguel Tejada

One time i slipped on some ice and sprained my wrist. It hurt pretty bad for a couple days but I did eventually recover and luckily am now 100%. I just thought i'd let you all know about my wrist injury too.
