Iowa never has problems with Wisconsin. Michigan isn't that good. The only team that will beat Iowa this year will be Ohio State.

Re: Predictions: Who will beat Iowa this year?

Ohio State obviously has the best shot. They've always had Iowa's number. Arizona will be a tough road trip and if Robinson stays healthy I think Michigan's spread will give them trouble.

I think Iowa will beat Wisconsin, Penn State and MSU rather easily. I know Northwestern has owned them lately but I think Iowa has that one circled and wants to pound them

Re: Predictions: Who will beat Iowa this year?

I think tOSU and Mich if Robinson is still healthy by then. For some reason, scrambling QB's have given them issues for years. I think they'll take care of Wisconsin as they don't seems to have the athleticism to overcome Iowa's talent on the D-Line.

Re: Predictions: Who will beat Iowa this year?

To those of you saying Wisconsin - Iowa has lost to Wisconsin 3 times in the last 40 years (IIRC) when Iowa goes on to have a winning record.

IMHO, this isn't going to be #4.

Iowa could lose to anyone, especially OSU. I don't see them having a problem with Michigan. They handle running QB's pretty well. Ask Nesbitt. To boot, I personally believe Michigan has played two sub-par teams and that Robinson's stats are pretty inflated because.

Re: Predictions: Who will beat Iowa this year?

Michigan gave them a game last year even with 5 turnovers. I don't know that UM will win, but they will give them a show. For some reason, I have a feeling that if Tate has to go in, he will put on a show. Michigan is the type of team that could beat anyone or they could lose to anyone because their secondary is shoddy and their QB will be a sophmore or freshman.

Re: Predictions: Who will beat Iowa this year?

I am thinking either Michigan in Ann Arbor or Ohio State at home.... After those 2 I think the rest will be easy enough....

Wisconsin is due. They haven't played up to their ability against Iowa several times when they were pretty darn good.

Nesbitt is a completely different QB than Robinson. GTs attack is completely different. What DR does is give you an extra blocker at the second level. It isn't even compatible. You inflated stats theory is junk. The games they have played were against tougher teams than most of the teams in the country. Michigans front 6 will make Iowa pass as well.
