Not a big deal, but Iowa didn't punt 5 times last week, they punted once and it was downed inside the 10.

I am dissappointed, I didnt see any talk about what affect Seneca Wallace would have on the game nor did I see any references to what the insiders are saying about our team.

I don't see how anyone could take that video seriously. Its pitiful... not much else to say. I think that I feel sorry for the maker of it...

I don't think anyone is taking that video too seriously. Seems like it's mostly a tool for our amusement around here.

A.J. Klein would make Zeus shake in his little thunder cleats, and then lower the BOOM!

Since we are an elite team now, let's go get that One Cyclone Moment.
Make this one for the ages!

Didn't Ken pick ISU to win just three or four games all season?

Don't get me wrong. I like the pick (some may consider his pick as the kiss of death for ISU), but if ISU can beat Iowa at Kinnick, shouldn't ISU be able to beat UNI, Mizzou, KU, K-State, TT and Colorado?

I think that after game one, Ken has changed his mind on the season. That's what it sounded like on the air a few days ago at least.

Can't be too smart if he made that pick...

Also, I don't see any mention of Seneca Wallace. Care to explain?

I dropped a few Wallace-bombs on KXNO this morning. Deace played the entire clip. We had fun with it.

Re: Williams Blog: Final look at the Hawkeyes

I'm going to post this here because I dont feel like starting my own thread. I am absolutely tired of most peoples attitudes coming into this week. For the most part, it is: "Well, Iowa is just plain better than us and we are going to lose this game. Thats ok because we'll beat K-State next week". ******** is what I say. I'm not coming here to beat my chest and say, ISU is going to dominate tomorrow because that would be ludicrous. If ISU plays to their full potential, they are more than capable of beating Iowa. I'm not calling for everyone to get big headed about this game, just have some damn confidence. I can only imagine what the team would look like if they had a similar attitude. Maybe its the coach in me that sees every game as absolutely winnable and finds it absolutely pathetic the amount of people just laying down for the almighty Hawks. There is a difference between confidence and arrogance. I can guarantee you that confidence prevails over arrogance. Need proof? Go watch your DVR recording from October 24, 2009. That was a confident team coming out and smacking an arrogant team in the mouth. If ISU comes out with that attitude. ISU wins.

We are due, no...we are past due. This is our game. I am absolutely looking forward to the ******* and moaning spewing from Hawk fans after the game as Austen Arnaud carries that ugly trophy off of the field. If I'm wrong, then I'm wrong, so what. I've got a bit of confidence, a little bit of swagger, and I'm going into Saturday's game expecting a W. Not hoping for a W. Not hoping for a close game. Not even hoping for a touchdown. Be proud of your colors. Lets do this.

You ARE wrong. I'll let you know now, so you don't have to wait until tomorrow. You're welcome.
