    Re: Saturday GAME WATCH locations

Was at Johnny's Hall of Fame last night - curious how that's going to be. Official home of the Des Moines Cyclone Club (or at least was) - yet the two waitresses last night were both wearing Hawk garb...

The DSM Cyclone Club will be watching Saturday's game at the Ridgemont and I am pretty sure that is their spot now. Ryan, the owner of the Ridgemont, is an ISU alum and a passionate Cyclone fan.

Yet before Ryan paid for advertisement on CF you pointed posters to 3Bag. Funny how that works.

3-Bag is still a CF advertiser. It'd be great if people wanted to go there. What's your point?

Funny like you don't have to pay to be on CF. Maybe just say thank you. Or go have a beer there.

    Re: Saturday GAME WATCH locations

Ridgemont was a great place for the ISU basketball games. The owner is definitely a Cyclone fan, and they're definitely going to accomadate Clone fans on game day.

I'm sure there will be a Hawk fan or 2, because they have that rule about having to be present at all ISU gatherings, but it should still be a good time. For the 2 games I won't be personally attending (OU and CU), I'll definitely be at Ridgemont.

The "Official" spot is at Fox and Hound but I have never, never, never had even remotely decent service there. I've been there for about a half-dozen games so the sample size is large enough. DJ's Dugout has been great every time.

Didn't know that. Will most certainly be frequenting it more - particularly as hockey season approaches.

PS. He need to start serving food regularly - I might suggest a Great Plains franchise. My fat arse could probably be enough to fiancially support such an endeavor.
