The running game on there is completely underutilized by Iowa State. It's not at all realistic in simulations as far as the balance of the offense.

Good sim, but just from a sampling perspective it's only one observation. Run it 30 times, record stats and such, then make a more accurate prediction. I'd be interested to see how that comes out... might just end up doing that.

we play it at the U book store on 15 min quarters. We've played the game roughly 20 times. Iowa always wins.

However, Cy the mascot usually comes out on top. fwiw lol

Well you don't gotta watch the game, just do the super sim option. It lets you see the scoring plays, drive lengths, etc. Won't change how the game is run, just speeds up the process considerably.

You watched the sim, so that does make you a loser.

I read every line of your recap of the sim, so I guess that makes us brothers.

Yeah, is it worse that you started a thread about simulating the game, or that I actually read said thread.

    I feel dirty right now.

I will say, back in 2005, I did it with EVERY game we played...oddly enough, the game gave almost exact results of real life. In the game, we beat Baylor and lost to Iowa, but every other win/loss was right.
