    Tate forcier

Espn makes a good case for him transferring at seasons end, would you welcome him to isu?

Not based in reality, just a general question.

I don't do signatures. Blondes, brunettes, and red heads are a different story.

Yes, but that cry baby act he did during the Michigan game would have to go.

    Re: Tate forcier

He was originally offered by some big time schools so I would think he still might look at some of them if they'd take him.
edit: Maybe he'll call Mallett and get his opinion.

    Re: Tate forcier

Thing is, if he did transfer, he'd have to sit out a year and would be a JR. ISU is just not that great of a situation for him because he'd be competing with a returning starter in Tiller. That would likely leave him as a one year starter if he could beat out Barnett, Capello and Richardson. If Forcier does transfer, you'd think that he would go someplace that is starting a SR next season so there's an open competition when he is available to play.

But for the OP, yeah, I'd take a talent like that in a heartbeat.

At a place like ISU, a top rated recruit could come in to our program and compete for playing time right away. Even if it is against a returning starter.

I love our players, but in order to get better we need to have the best possible players on the field.

I was thinking something similar. I like Tiller and think he has a ton of upside, but Forcier would compete for about any starting job in the country the next couple years. He's an egomaniac but he's also a baller.

    Forcier > Tiller hands down.
