    Re: *** Monte Morris NBA Analysis/Assumptions ***

In the 1995 NBA draft Loren Meyer was selected at 24 and Fred Hoiberg at 52. Meyer (I guess) had more potential, Hoiberg was the better player.

Re: MONDAY MUSINGS: A football recruiting mindset

Wasn't that always the Hayden Fry excuse - "We had too many injuries".

Re: The Flaw in the Cubs Rebuilding 'Plan'

You can't argue with the success they've had with choosing position players.

In the 2013 draft they picked Bryant at no. 2. The first and third selections were Appel and Gray, college pitchers, ...

MLB: Re: ***Chicago Cubs 2015 Season***

Where is this Chris Sale to the Cubs talk coming from?

Re: DeAndre Kane Should Be In The NBA

You could take out Kane's name in the title, substitute probably 200 other guys and make a case for all of them. There are only 360 NBA jobs and thousands of very talented players fighting for them.

One of Fred's biggest immediate problems is that Rose and Butler both want to be the Alpha-Dog on the team. Will take some really great personnel work by Fred to handle that.
