Re: Horny out in Phoenix??? Rumor

Trey posted in the same thread shortly thereafter that Jerry wasn't "reporting" anything, just some gossip. So I'm guessing it's not necessarily what we would consider to be accurate or substantially...

Nah, he'd just get called out for inflating page views for ad revenue.

Re: Horny out in Phoenix??? Rumor

How about this for a compromise...

Give Hornacek the fat contract and the private jet and hot tub to me. Would make travel to all the games much easier and up my tailgating status a lot!

Re: Horny out in Phoenix??? Rumor

Wouldn't be as bad as long as he didn't claim it was his dream job, and his dream to coach his sons.. would like to be coach at ISU until he retires etc..

Orr hadn't just signed a fat long term contract the year prior and decide to take a different job.

Re: Hoiberg Watch 2015: Saturday, May 30 Thread

Fred just signed a new 10 year deal last year and apparently loyalty means jack. So what's it matter how much it's worth?
  10. Re: Cyclone football revenues up dramatically in 2014!

Because it's total revenues for the Athletics department and not just football.

If people are going to continue to view this thread, a mod should change the title. I made this mistake earlier in...

Re: Hoiberg Watch 2015: Friday, May 29 Thread

Hoiberg could have easily stopped all this nonsense a long time ago by suggesting he's happy as coach of ISU.

    Pretty obvious what's coming.
  12. Re: List of potential replacements should Fred Hoiberg leave

Call #1 needs to be Hornacek. He says no comment and then immediately starts to comment. If he wasn't interested at all, he'd leave it at no comment.

Keeping an NBA style and having a coach with...
  13. Re: Need to vent? Opening up the phones right now on 1460 KXNO

It was said for a long time that Hoiberg's NBA connections would really help recruiting etc.. but never panned out and potentially hurt us in the end RE: Diallo.

    Additionally, knowing that money...

Re: * Hoiberg Watch 2015: Wednesday, May 27 Thread

I want what's best for ISU. Losing Fred to any other job doesn't seem to be in the best interest of ISU. Having this drag on and on sure doesn't seem to be in the best interest of ISU either.

    So...

So.. Hornacek, Otz, Grayer.. who else on this theoretical staff?
  16. Re: Cyclone football revenues up dramatically in 2014!

Yeah, I was just glancing at the thread title and cross referencing the revenue amounts. Can someone change the thread title?
  17. Re: Cyclone football revenues up dramatically in 2014!

This is overall Athletics Dept revenues - not just football.
