Re: What are you drinking tonight?

Getting back in the game with a little Pseudo Sue and it's still at the top of my list.

Last wednesday day I had one Yeti and within 2 hours I vomited 6 times. I don't know what happened but it...
  2. Re: Super Incredibly Early 03/01 Winter Weather Thread

The only problem is that his maps on Monday showed a ton of snow in Des Moines in the next 120 hours and it never panned out. 120 hours would have went from Monday to Friday.

Re: Legal Help - Vehicle Service Agreement

If you don't have a trade in and you really don't want to fight over the price, you can use something like carsdirect.com or maybe even costco to buy the car you want.

    I don't know why people...

Re: Legal Help - Vehicle Service Agreement

I tend to agree that they are a ripoff but there are some that payoff. CarMax has some extended warranties that are well worth it if you're buying an expensive European luxury car. I tend to stay...

Re: Legal Help - Vehicle Service Agreement

I'd beat the **** out the car until I broke something.

    Re: Home Security System

There was one installed in my house when we bought it. Unhooked it as soon as we moved in and haven't touched it since. I live in an Iowa suburb, I'm more likely to get hit by a meteor than have a...

    Tax question

I'm wrapping up Turbo Tax and now working on the state piece. I get this question.

    Re: Purchasing 1st Car

I had a Mazdaspeed 3 that was a lot of fun but you're right, the quality was a little lacking. With that said, I think some of their vehicles are ok, I haven't heard many complaints about the Miata.

Jeeps are kind of a special situation.

#1 They have to be the most modified vehicles on the road. No one seems to leave them alone.

    Re: Purchasing 1st Car

The only reason I would ever use consumer reports for cars is their list of cars/model years to avoid.

I like going to forums where people who actually own the cars hang out. A few years ago I was...

    Re: Comparing Generations

Except this is a service and the supply isn't limited. I would agree with you if all the colleges in Iowa could only accept 20k students and there were 21k students that needed to be educated.
