    Re: Jarvis West Injury Update

I think a strong end to the season would do more for next year than Wesley getting more reps.

    Re: What's happening to OU?

    Poor Sooners.

That said, "disappointing" is reasonable here. OU has enough talent to win the national title, but they've blown their opportunity in close games against lesser talented, better...

    Re: Jarvis West Injury Update

I kinda get the feeling we'll be told "he's ready to go" for the rest of the year, but unfortunately, we're probably done seeing much of Jarvis West on the field as a Cyclone.

Re: Does P. Manning enter the HOF...

If he plays 3-4 more years and wins a Super Bowl and another MVP or two, I don't think it would be totally far fetched.

And the Independence Bowl. And the '07 Toledo game. And Farmageddon '09.
  7. Re: Would Todd Blythe make it in the NFL if he played today?

If school doesn't matter, then why was Jordan Berenstine drafted over Leonard Johnson?

maybe "coach" should be inserted for "school" here.

Re: Richardson On Pace: 3,450+ Yards

    I wouldn't argue with that.

I do think that the Meyer's first two seasons featured much better O-line play, as did AA's entire time here. I think A-Rob was the best running back we've had since...

Re: OU @ ISU Time and Channel

I think we're looking at FS1. I'd prefer the 11:00AM for selfish reasons.

Re: Richardson On Pace: 3,450+ Yards

I think he's better than AA in terms of accuracy and protecting the ball, and better than Meyer with turnovers. Both AA and Meyer (at least for Meyer's first 2 years) played behind better lines. I...

NBA: Re: Blake Griffin writes about Donald Sterling

I don't think it came off, at all, like Griffin was complaining. Just explaining his perspective on it.

Lots of people have worked for people they didn't like for lots of reasons, such as...

    Re: Bell's Two Hearted

I don't exactly live in Decorah (but close enough) and between TG, New Glarus, and the beer that I acquire as a result of my ability to provide TG in a trade, I rarely do.

    Re: Bell's Two Hearted

So you don't like heavy, chewy beers, but you prefer dopplebocks to IPAs?

Dopplebocks are about the heaviest, "chewiest" beers that are out there (and that's not a bad thing). It's the flavor of...

    Re: Bell's Two Hearted

A very solid beer. It helped solidify my love of IPAs, and I was ecstatic when it came to Iowa. I don't drink it all that much these days, but that's just because of the numerous options that meet...

That's pretty sweet. I definitely approve of their Wisconsin only stance. The law of exclusivity is alive and well in the beer world, and if the craft beer thing ever seriously wanes (at this point...

    Re: Spotted Cow

I'm not a big fan of Fat Squirrel at all. From the looks of it, I'm in the minority. It's not that it's a bad beer, it's just that I don't care much for brown ales.

    Re: Spotted Cow

Spotted Cow is a decent beer for what it is, but I can't remember the last time I bought a 6 pack to drink myself.

I'm a Moon Man fan first and foremost, but love most of their line up. In terms...
