    Thanks. I've never done a smoked chicken before. I just kinda wung it. I didn't even have a recipe for the rub. It was 79cents a pound at Fareway so I got two and decided to see what I could do.

    Chicken is done after 4 hours. Didn't get quite the smoke ring I wanted but it was my first time doing chicken.

    Pork butt is 13 hours in and at 175. It took 2.5 hours to get over the 150-160...

    7 hours in. My pork butt is in a stall at 150. My ribs are almost done. Chicken will go on after the ribs.

    I like propane because I don't want to constantly add new coals and things. I do all my work in the rub + homemade sauce.
