  1. Re: Release: SCHEMATIC DESIGNS FOR SOUTH END ZONE PROJECT RELEASED

There's enough room in front of the Jacobsen that the stadium could be enclosed, but it wouldn't be that many seats.

Re: How do Baylor WRs get so wide open?

Need to slow them down. The longer it takes them to score the more plays they have to run. The more plays the have to run the more opportunities we have to force a turnover.

    A lot of you guys...

    Re: DB'S vs Bear Receivers

Instead of seeing Brackens, I'd much rather see an extra true d-back. Move Cotton-Moya to nickel and put in Syrie or Floyd at safety. Or put Lynn in at nickel.

May not matter though if we go in a...

    Re: DB'S vs Bear Receivers

I'm most concerned about them pounding it up the middle if we go with a three man front, and picking on Ferch. Maybe those are the wrong concerns to have. Ferch is a good football player, but not the...

    Re: How to beat Baylor...

    1. Get a good pass rush with the front three/four guys.
    2. Win the turnover battle.
    3. Don't give up big plays.
    4. Win the time of possession battle.
  7. Re: Iowa State/Baylor depth chart notables; injury report

Meyers played inside a good chunk of the Iowa game and did it very well. Far from a desperation move. Just a move to get more speed on the field and give Taylor more snaps.
  8. Re: Iowa State/Baylor depth chart notables; injury report

Syria's a bigger back. My guess is they want to use a fullback more often and they think Syria brings more to the table than Standard.

Re: Bye Week Bookmark 1 of 3

    1. Played about as well as I expected against K-State and Iowa, way below expectations against NDSU.
    2. I feel way more confident in the offense than I did last year.

I'm going to try to fix this thread, and I fully anticipate being unsuccessful.

I'm surprised by how well Mitchell Meyers played at defensive tackle last week.

    Re: East Caolina HOLY ****!

East Carolina is a good team. They could go undefeated the rest of the way.

Re: Just how good is NDSU?

NDSU is exceptionally good for an FCS school. I'm not sure if they are top 25 good, but definitely could compete for a bowl game in the Big 12, IMO.

    Re: How to beat Baylor

Sit back and hope you force some turnovers. Wally gave them the run two years ago and it worked as well as it could of. If our front four can get pressure we'll have a chance to slow them down.

    Re: BLUM: Rhoad dogs

I've personally seen a lot of improvement. Some may disagree with me, and that's fine, but as far as I'm concerned this team is better than it ever was last season.

The running game is still a...

Weird time to do this. Usually you'd fire your DC immediately after a game.

Re: Who Should Be Kansas's Next Football Coach?

Possible suggestions, although some are more likely than others.

    Craig Bohl
Bo Pelini (if he's fired at Nebby)
    Tom Herman
Danny Mac (doubt he'd take it this late in his career)
    Jim...
