    Re: Song lyrics you love

Running into you like this without warning,
Is like catching a whiff of tequila in the morning.
And I'm tryin', tryin' to keep my food down.
Quite an after-taste you've left now that you're not...

Re: Dust up on KXNO this am?

It actually started around 6:40 or so when a guy on Twitter called Narlic Blu told them their bias against Iowa State was "appalling." They spent 20 minutes defending themselves and going on and on...

Re: Cyclones TV replay win over OU

I was there (in Ames I mean). Even stood out in the rain to meet the team bus. What a game.

    Re: Chances of landing Raridon

My son goes to Valley. He says Rairdon is ND's to lose. If they offer supposedly he will commit. I guess he already has an OU offer in hand.

    Re: Tips on Twins games?

We always park at Mall of America and take the train down. Convenient, cheap, and no traffic worries.

Drink a Grain Belt Premium (if premium is in the name you know it must be good!). And a...

    Re: Frat vs. Dorms

I was in a fraternity. It was great for me personally because it gave me an immediate group of 50 guys or so that I knew on campus. I might not have made those connections as easily if I were...

Re: Veterinarian recommendations in DSM area

We take our dog to Eberle Animal Hospital in Clive (near 7 Flags). People are really nice. Never had any major issues, mostly just shots and routine stuff.

    Re: CCL Tonight

Taylor missed 3-4 games with a shoulder injury. He is back now. Good player but a little short and that makes it hard to get his shot off. Plus he is one of the few small college guys with name...

Re: Looking to the golf this weekend with the wife.

Par 3 at Jester is great for beginners.

Grandview is pretty low key and you never quite know what you will see there.

The two executive 9s at Willow Creek, the Blue and the White, would fit...

Re: 7-9-14 CCL Recaps: Custer drops 52

I think from a productivity perspective Custer will put up better numbers than Jacy did over his career.

But Jacy was about winning. If Custer can have similar success to Holloway in the win/loss...

Re: My Cap City highlights: 6-25

Logan Hamm played 3 years I think at Simpson and transferred to Iowa State. He knows all the guys on the team and hangs out with them quite a bit. Scrimmages with them some. He's a decent 3 point...
  15. Re: Hoiberg challenges McKay to grab 40 rebounds in CCL game

That should be a good one. Doubt Custer will go for 40 with Monte checking him the whole game.
  16. Re: Hoiberg challenges McKay to grab 40 rebounds in CCL game

Georges should be back. Camp was over on Wednesday and he flew back on Thursday. At least that was the plan.

Re: CCL for Wed June 25th

Abrahamson for Drake is good...but has to sit out this year.

Jordan Daniels is a small point guard but really fast and can play IMO.

They have a freshman, Reed Timmer, who is a good shooter and...

Re: CCL for Wed June 25th

Jack Taylor is pretty short - probably 5'9" or so. He can really shoot it though. He made Richard Carter, formerly of Drake, look really bad one possession his first game. Couple cross overs, an...

Re: CCL for Wed June 25th

    Correct on Georges, definitely out.

Heard Thomas has been anxious to play and tonight should be the night.

Taylor will be there. Or is supposed to be.

Jackson will be there. He's fun to...
