    Correct, you cant be liable for acts of gods, however, if you know the tree is dangerous and going to fall, you can be held liable. I learned this when I was getting my insurance license.

    Since you know the tree has issues and needs torn down, if it damages property not yours, then you may be liable.

    I am having a stamped patio poured in May. Stamped is definitely cheaper than pavers. Placing pavers takes a lot more prep work. I prefer the looked of the stamped concrete, but thats my opinion. ...

    Yep, I have compared the price. If maintained properly(sealed), I feel the stamped concrete looks a lot better than the pavers.
