    Re: Niang transformation

Also, love he's getting pre-season all american types of hype..now maybe the broadcasters will talk about Nerlens Noel and his body transformation.

Seriously though, you know the little tv...

    Re: Niang transformation

Love it. Lots of refined talent, now adding the physical side to it.

Stamina should increase, probably better defense, etc. You know he's hungry...he's sniffed the potential of this...

    Re: Reel mowers

I bought one at a yard sale once out of curiosity. They are geared up and work well if not too long...I ended up selling as I figured I'd make some money on a hipster. :)

    The one thing I didn't...

When I did research, I saw a lethal method people used....get a 5 gallon bucket, fill halfway with water....then put sunflower seeds in there floating.....put a board up the side and one...

    Re: Darn Chipmunks

I have had war with these buggers myself!

What you don't know is...is it 1 or 100? I did a lot of research a few years back as one disappeared near my house and I found a small hole under a...

I'd suggest a couple things. What is he looking for in his housing experience? From an ammedieties stand point, be sure he is comparing fairly. Sometimes fraternities seem like a better value, but...

Re: Melvin Ejim is Headed Overseas to Play in Rome

Melvin is as sharp as they come. I'm sure he saw the $$ in the bag versus shot at the NBA (and he can pursue that again next summer ala Tyrus McGee).

And you know he researched and found a great...
  8. Re: Column: Paul Rhoads vows to keep things old school at Iowa State

I also would rather his budget go toward other improvements (i.e. another dedicated strength coach, equipment to help the players train on the field, video equipment, etc). Uniforms are pricey...and...
  9. Re: Column: Paul Rhoads vows to keep things old school at Iowa State

    Great column, Chris.

I know it's fun to try to be like everyone else or have the "surprise" factor of what gear the guys could wear next week, but I respect Rhoads acknowledging it's not him and...

I can't wait till they take Levi to Big 12 Media days and the WVU mascot realizes Levi's the legit mountain man.

Re: Peterson: Cyclones won't finish ninth

We generally are competitive....I think we need to play mistake free ball (on both sides of the ball) and I agree 6 wins can happen. Foot on the gas, can't always rely on one play or one last drive.

Re: ISU projected game lines & % to win each game

Why do we even bother playing? Right? Just hand awards out now, move on.

Seriously though, as we all know, many times one-two plays make a game. If we can get more of those than not...

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT let your wives, girlfriends, or even husbands view this if you are at all not comfortable with the thought of them going all DREAMY on you. :wideeyed:

Re: Jake McDonough talks about paying players.

I think the gap always comes in regards to the "extra" money. A football player coming in is guaranteed a place to live, tuition, books, and a place to eat. They can choose not to live in the...

Re: Task Force Recommendation for VEISHEA
