Rib-eye with sauteed onions on top. Second would be a brat. Then anything bar-b-q'ed. Anymore, though, we eat more chicken and turkey than red meat.

True story that happened when I was at one of our plants at a previous job. An attractive woman started to work there as a Customer Rep. On her first day, while getting settled into her desk, the...

Doesn't that hold true for any large meeting? 1 or 2 people consume 80% of the conversation.

Poll: Re: How do you make your coffee?

For those who mentioned the time involved in a drip pot, I made a cup in a Mr. Coffee tonight in 2 minutes.

Re: The worst customer service you've ever received

I've been a Mediacom customer since the 80s. Never once have they given me poor customer service. The closest was when I was working at home in 2003, and kept losing Internet when it got real cold....

Poll: Re: How do you make your coffee?

    Re: Random thoughts thread

Everyone keeps telling me that I will love RAGBRAI because of all the pie that is available. That's probably the last thing I want. Just give me a brownie. Or better, a tenderloin sandwich.

Re: Friday OT: Favorite movie/song scene

I still have my freshman dorm floor t-shirt. I can't wear it because it is too ragged.

My wife gave me a M*A*S*H t-shirt the first year we were married. No way will that still fit.

    In 1986,...
