    Oh crap..your last name is embedded...sometimes last....sometimes not...hmm...you could do a find/replace on key words like trustee, executor, etc to replace with a space (" ") to get rid of them. ...

    You'd have to use the text to columns then to split the first column in to multiple columns..First name and last name. If there is a 3rd column...like if there is a middle initial or something you...

    Can you set filters? As long as your data has a header row just click on that row and filter by...then in your columns sort out or add in what you want... Or am i missing something
