Will ISU be in the top 25 this week?
We will get votes, but wont be ranked. Win at BYU, and we will probably be ranked.
Should be but probably not
When is the voting done?
I gotta think so. All we know is eat.
I'm all homer on this. I can see something in the 20-25 range.
Note: I didn't spend a single second checking on results for current ranked teams, outside of the one we just knocked off today.
Depends when the voting is done. Win at BYU and absolutely
I could see it. Polls fluctuate a lot in the beginning of the season because of wins like this.
Win at BYU and I say yes. BYU is going to be really tough.
3-0 and beat #7. Not many teams out there with a bigger win on their resume.
No. I'd guess there are a decent amount of people that already voted prior to our win and so we won't have that many votes.
If we would have played on Saturday than the answer would be yes.
The voters have a lot of respect for Fred and our program, so it wouldn't surprise me. But also wouldn't surprise me to be just outside of it.
Going into this week ISU had no votes in the AP poll and only 3 in the coaches.
I'd bet we get votes this week, but I'd be surprised if we crack the top 25.
Next poll comes out tomorrow, right? We deserve to move into Top 25 with Notre Dame and Marquette losing and our huge win, but we'll see.
I'm predicting we will be honorable mention in the rankings, in the 25-30 range. A win at BYU and yes we will be ranked assuming we somehow don't blow it against UMKC.
Will not crack the top 25 until they win away from Ames. Hilton magic works both ways. You win games that no one expect there, but because it looks like magic to voters they want to wait until ISU can do something on the road.
I won't be stunned if we are rated, but I voted no. We have no votes in the AP and 3 votes in USA Today. While beating Michigan is huge, that's a lot of votes to make up.
Maybe be we can take Notre Dames spot, I mean, we did kick their ***.
Seth Davis ranked us 24th after the win.
