I used to joke about that too, about how work would beat me down that much. I think I read something somewhere that we do kind "shrink" throughout the day. Slightly, to where it's not noticeable, but I think it has something to do with standing/sitting all day (gravity taking place) then when sleeping stuff "corrects itself". I'll have to see if I can find the article.

You mirror problem, though, is just from you slumping after a long day.

True story, the cops killed a dude right outside my house yesterday. Like, I couldn't even go to the gym at my normal time because the road was blocked off. People were standing in my yard to watch. On the plus side, after I finally go to go, on my way home, I totally got a police escort to walk me through the crime scene because my access to my home was blocked off.

I've already tried using that approach. She's obsessed with some stupid new fancy shag carpet because it reminds her of her childhood or something dumb and girly like that.

lol, that was totally not it. Carpet for bedrooms for sound/concussion-proofing. I get that carpet is supposed to be gross but I lived in a house with 30 year old carpet and I'm completely normal! :goofy:
