Isn't that a technical for stuffing the ball after a foul? I think UNLV has done that a couple times
We need another scorer or two on this team. Clyburn gets his points but he doesn't seem to be a go-to scorer yet.
If you are watching the game, you should be able to see that the offense is very confused and hurried. There is work to do...Obviously there was work to do last year and they were able to fix it.
Clyburn is playing his butt off but he's just off so far this early season. He plays hard though and I think he will come around
The only way ISU wins is if they keep sending them to the line
was hoping to only lose two non conf games now we have 2 and it's only Nov. Suddenly Drake, BYU and Iowa games are scaring propositions. NIT here we come!
where was that foul? These refs...
Yeah his shots aren't falling and TBH they aren't even close. He's way WAY off from behind the arc and he's missing at the rim all the time. He'll get better.
Yep, not a real team. Missed a big opportunity thius week. Clyburn is acting like he is a point guard.
We are just going to struggle to find offense this year. Clyburn was way overrated. McGee is all we really have. Babb hasn't gotten any better either it seems.
We play pretty darn good defense, but we will struggle to find guys to score the ball IMO.
So you think there is no work to be done? Awesome, bring on the tournament then.
Things are bleak now but you have officially jumped off the cliff
Really disappointing we couldn't win one in this tournament.
Ha ha, really? Two ranked teams, one on home court.
Conference play separates the men from the boys
Too many overreactions in this thread, this team is not THAT bad. Just like last years team we need to gel, give them time. I see flashes of greatness in some players(McGee, Lucious, Clyburn, and Ejim especiallly). These early tests are good for them, we'll be ready to roll the B12 come conference season time, give them some time to learn from this.
We are still better than we were at this time last year. I think we have the pieces, we just need to get better.
Well losing to Cincy and UNLV is a heck of a lot better than losing to Drake and UNI in November. I don't see anymore losses in the non-conference except for maybe BYU.
