Yeah, college football (& Sam) is awesome.

Wow at the fall of the Colorado Football program compared to late 80's/90s/early 00's.

I would love to see ISU play as physical as CSU did tonight. CSU has a nice team.

  5. Indeed...its like CU has channeled their inner "end of Walden/beginning of McCarney era" ISU bad. Holy crap its Chernobyl in Bolder.

  6. And whats up with UTSA WHOOPIN' up on Houston. UTSA is barely a FBS school...as in "new" to the division.

Watched a little of Syracuse-Villanova earlier. Syracuse is Power 5, Villanova is FCS, so when it got close it seemed like a warm up for tomorrow's ISU game.

Tie game late in the 4th and Villanova misses a chip shot FG that would have won it so it goes to OT.

In 2OT Syracuse fakes a FG and converts it for a touchdown to go up 7.

Villanova responds with a TD and goes for two and the win, but doesn't get it, so Syracuse holds on by 1 in double OT.

While I would take the result, I would prefer much less excitement for our game tomorrow!

Rich Rod has his offense rolling in Tucson. The U of A beat UNLV 58-13 tonight, but perhaps more impressively they put up 787 yards of total offense. Anu Solomon, a redshirt freshman QB, made his first start for the Wildcats and finished 25-44 for 425 yards with 4 TDs.

Interestingly enough, Arizona goes on the road on Thursday next week to play UTSA.
