Last night Beverly Hills Cop was on, and it has a great soundtrack, so I got thinking what's everyone's favorite movie/song moment?

"Neutron Dance" by the Pointer Sisters during the cigarette semi chase scene was pretty amazing.

Not a "movie", but the most appropriate song/ending to anything I've seen

    Two thoughts:

    1) Tuesday's Gone and Free Ride at the end of Dazed and Confused. They had to have had more money in the soundtrack then the movie itself.

    2) Not a movie, but Going to California in the final scene of Entourage always stood out to me. Same way for "Baby Blue" in Breaking Bad.

There are a ton but first one that is coming to mind is all of the music in American Werewolf in London. Landis used the music in that movie perfectly for its scenes.

I just about died laughing during this scene from This is the End with "I will always love you" by Whitney Houston

This was so perfect, it was like they made the entire series just so they could play this song at the end.

The Danny Boy scene in Miller's Crossing where Albert Finney turns the tables on his attackers and kicks *** with a Tommy Gun, is pretty sweet.

I have to go with two classic John Hughes moments.

This one is a great song with a really weird Jon Cryer:

And this, complete with Bender fist pump at the end:

The 'Burbs - Corey Feldman on the front porch playing the song that was redone by Lenny Kravits (can't remember the name of it)

Uncle Buck - walking out of the school after telling of Assistant Principal Horgarth. Again, can't remember the song title, but every time I hear both of these, I think of these classic movies.

I was tied between this and Serge's "Life on Mars," but I think the music really just makes this scene.

How about "Still" for the Geto Boys during the computer smashing scene in Office Space?
