First we get all sorts of rain, then we finally get decent weather for like... a week, and now it goes ****** again.

Everything has to sensationalized. It used to be referred to as a "cold spell". Now it is the more ominous sounding "Polar Vortex" (echo sound effect implied)

Well the polar vortex is a real thing that always exists. This is just part of it deepening and running further south than normal.

This summer is starting to remind me of 04. Lots of rain and not hot at all. Remember many days that summer wearing sweatshirt while scouting fields.

We are rolling into tassel time so cool days ahead are a great sight to me!!! Just need some heat in August and September.

Please dear God, stop using this term.

Not only is it being used as a buzz-word, IMO it's not even close to being a piece of polar vortex.

Don't worry, even if we take it away, the interns will find something else from an AFD to throw into B Dub's prompter tonight.
