I really hope he can make a career for himself in the NBA! He was a lot of fun to watch!

Shows how much I follow the NBA, I had no idea that Wesley Johnson and Diante Garrett are back on the same team together.

Very cool. To think, if the McDoormat departure/Freddy return had happened a year later, we might not be talking about this at all.

Congrats to DG

That is so sad right there that it is funny

I could probably see where the confusion happened. WJ and DG are chatting it up like old friends, someone from marketing/management or whoever is in charge of the website roster asks "Do you two know each other?" and they say "Yeah, we went to the same university"... oh, okay, he must know him from Syracuse then.

I could see that if they didn't have DG listed at 6'7''....just laziness.

I hope he makes it.

It is really difficult for players to establish a long career in the NBA - I'm thinking Wiloughby, Shirley, Blalock, Brackins.

I read somewhere that 50% of the players who make 1 year of seniority in MLB, never make to 2 years. I'm guessing the NBA might even be harder than that.

DG got some garbage time minutes tonight and made the most of them. In 8 minutes he was 4-5 from the field with 9 points and an assist.
