 Originally Posted by cyrevkah That is true. So they don't add flavor then? The one that I had was just jasmine green tea. I am not sure where it came from. I like jasmine tea, but generally mix it with other herbs that don't have caffeine. I am one of those guys that gets the jitters.

Check out Gong Fu in the East Village (DM) I got my cup with a diffuser and a small teapot with diffuser there and love both of them Gong Fu Tea -

However, the place sounds interesting. I live out in the middle of South Dakota on the Nebraska border. I kind of miss getting lost in Des Moines. Have they got the city layout fixed yet? The last time I was there, man, I am better off forgetting. They were fixing everything. I wanted to go to the boys state basketball championship once in recent years, my team was rated no 1 all year, but then they got beat out in sub-state. That was the last time I even thought of going to Des Moines.

That was the last time I even thought of going to Des Moines. Downtown construction seems to be finishing up. New signage has helped get around the downtown. East Village is a fun area to explore.

Loose silver needle white tea has been my favorite in moderation. It can get expensive but i usually just go half and half with some loose green matcha tea.
The silver needle I get comes from the Octavia tea company or rishi. Take a look online, there are quite a lot of options. For some reason, it seams that most of the tea I've really enjoyed has come from Oregon, but one could fine good tea locally in central Iowa. I think I've seen silver needle at Wheatsfield in Ames before.
