The JC route can be a good thing. I attend ILCC part time, 6 credits cost just under $1000 and with the loan I get, I don't pay anything until I am out of school. The loan
is for $1500 and I can keep and spend the excess or send it back as a payment on
the loan.PLUS if the credits transfer English etc is alot easier than at ISU.
At first I thought you were referring to Tuftee playing football for a year at Scott Comm. College before transferring to Iowa State to ready him more for the college experience. The problem with that line of thinking is SCC does not have a football program whatsoever. Then I realized you were talking about academics and him having to pay $$$ while he's a grayshirt. That makes absolute sense. In fact, if I had taken such advice and done my physics classes at Scott instead of doing them at ISU I might actually be an engineer right now...
Chuck Lidell: I paint my toenails with pink and black polish. Problem is, I get more paint on my toes and on the carpet than on my nails. Any advice? Maria Sharapova: Don't you beat up other guys for a living? I don't know how to answer this.
