But there is absolutely NO justification for taking a team that has played as ****** of a schedule as wisconsin over a higher ranked team in a BCS conference that is higher rated as well. Other than corruption of course.
You are one of the most mindbogglingly stupid people I have ever encountered. Wisconsin has played a harder schedule and when they are selected for the BCS it will be because they have a fanbase that Baylor can't even comprehend.
Honestly, Wisconsin getting in wouldn't be the worst thing for me. I think Baylor is better, but there are a ton of teams that will be playing for a BCS bowl that are far far less deserving than Wisconsin (Northern Illinois, UCF). Also, it's not like Wisconsin is some slouch. They are basically 10-1 if it wernt for a late blunder in Tempe. Plus they played Ohio State on the road within 1 score in a game they looked pretty impressive.
IF they both win out, Okie State, and Baylor will be in the top 10 of the BCS, so yes they should get two BCS spots.
Now, the op is a hawk, so let me just break this down for you, that piece of **** you call a conference will only get one bcs bid, because o$$$$u will beat mich state in the conference title game. And mich state has zero resume without that win.
Pretty sure the OP is not a hawk, but keep wearing that tin foil helmet.
"A society that puts equality before freedom will get neither. A society that puts freedom before equality will get a high degree of both."
I forgot in the ever changing landscape of terrible conference realignment that UCF went to the Big East.
The big ten does not deserve two teams in any way shape or form. The Big 12 does.
But, with UCF that takes an extra spot. As corrupt and disgusting as it is, because big 10 fb is pure garbage, the corrupt ****ers that are ruining college athletics will get a second spot, unless penn st beats an overrated wisconsin team that has played two good teams, and lost to both of them/
How do you figure the Big 12 is necessarily any better this year? I don't know who is better between OK. St & Baylor or Ohio St & MSU. Ohio St. beat Wisconsin but I'm not sure Ok. St & Baylor are better than Wisconsin either. You have to remember Wisconsin should only have 1 loss, they got screwed on the road against ASU and that should be a victory. They easily handled BYU which destroyed Texas, granted it was early. So to say there is no way, the B1G deserves a 2nd birth over the Big 12 is biased.
That being said, the bowls have never been about the most deserving teams it is all about ticket sales or ratings. College football fans have been fools for not demanding a better post-season that bowl games a long time ago.
