Since a lot of the talk on here is about Dan and such, I thought I would get some thoughts about your favorite ISU moment. Mine would have to been Senecas famous run sideline to sideline in 2002 against TTU, college play of the year if im not mistaken.
Dave Archer against Nebraska in 1983. On one of the last plays of the game, he drilled the back judge in the neck with the football. The back judge had called holding on ISU linemen 6 times during a 29-72 loss.
The sweet sixtenn/elite eight weekend in 2000 in Michigan. after Blowing out UCLA, we got to play the soon the be national champs. The media hyped that game so much saying the winner was going to win the national championship (which was true.) I just remember watching Wisconsin upset Purdue right before that, knowing that the winner of the Iowa State/Mich St game would be playing Wisconsin(who I believe was an 8 seat). Even though we lost, was still a very exciting weekend!
Woops, didnt relize it said football...but that was my favorite ISU sport moment...for football I would have to say either Florida State game in 2002, or the Iowa game!

How about the punt return in Tempe, Arizona to help seal the insite.com bowl. If you were there you would really know what I mean. Or if you were listening to Pete Taylor make one of the greatest calls of his life.
