Cyclones ranked 17th, 22nd in two major polls

The Iowa State men’s basketball program has moved up four spots to No. 17 in the latest AP College Basketball Poll. 

Meanwhile, the Cyclones also made their debut in the USA TODAY Coaches Poll, where Iowa State is ranked 21st.

Iowa State will attempt to start the season 5-0 tonight when UMKC (1-3) comes to town for a 7 p.m. tip.
