Rhoads announces that Jake Knott is out for the season

AMES — Iowa State’s All-Big 12 linebacker Jake Knott will miss the remainder of the season. Head coach Paul Rhoads announced that Knott is having shoulder surgery today in Chicago. 

Knott was honored as the Big 12’s Defensive Player of the Week on Monday morning.
